UPS has earned an A+ for transparency with its latest annual Sustainability Report. The company is one of only ten U.S. corporations registered with the Global Reporting Initiative to achieve the score. The report says that UPS exceeded four of the seven key sustainability goals established for 2011.

Interface has released a report using its EcoMetrics and SocioMetrics measurement methods to track the company’s progress on sustainability issues. Among the report’s highlights is the fact that the percentage of recycled and bio-based raw material use by the carpet manufacturer has grown from four percent to forty-four percent in the last eight years.

[small_ad_left]Campbell Soup Company and the Food Bank of South Jersey have launched “Just Peachy” salsa to raise funds for hunger relief. The new product, made from New Jersey peaches, is expected to raise more than $100,000 for the Food Bank’s programs.
